Workshop Description
This workshop is designed to equip social workers with essential management skills to enhance their effectiveness in their roles. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and practical exercises, participants will explore various facets of management tailored to the unique context of social work. From building effective teams to ethical decision-making, this workshop will provide actionable strategies and insights to empower social workers in their professional journey.
Learning Objectives

- Explore different leadership styles and learn to adapt them to social work settings to effectively lead and motivate teams
