Brianna Doomes, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is deeply passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate some of life’s most pivotal seasons. I specialize in working with individuals ages 16–30 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions.

I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and my Master’s degree in Social Work, with a concentration in children and youth services, from Louisiana State University. I began my career as a school social worker in Baton Rouge, where I served students from Kindergarten through 12th grade for five years. In this role, I provided counseling, crisis support, and social-emotional interventions to students facing a wide range of challenges, helping them succeed both academically and personally.

Through my work in schools, I developed a strong awareness of the systemic barriers impacting youth, particularly the connection between unmet mental health needs and involvement in the justice system. This led me to expand my work into youth advocacy, where I remain committed to creating equitable opportunities and supporting young people in overcoming obstacles.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a transition, or working through past experiences, I am here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.
