I'm Ellen Tadman, LCSW, and I would love the opportunity to get to know you as we work through your issues, discover your strengths, and move you towards your goals. My areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life and career transitions, relationship concerns, weight and body image issues, anxiety, depression, and grief. I also have experience in career counseling and navigating work issues.

I am practical, relatable, and non-judgmental. I'm here to listen with a friendly face and an open mind. I especially welcome you if you aren't sure about therapy or if this is your first time trying therapy. We'll figure it out!
