Racheal Hebert, LCSW-BACS

I'm Racheal Hebert (ay-bear) and I am passionate about radical change. My career journey has allowed me to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in how to transform myself and those around me to fulfill a greater purpose in life.

In 2012, I founded Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response (STAR), a non-profit organization that provides support to survivors of sexual trauma, improves systems response, and creates social change to end sexual violence. What started as a small, two-person operation, grew into a thriving organization that now operates with over 45 full and part-time staff with offices in Alexandria, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.

Upon receiving my clinical social worker license in 2016, I began providing individual, couple, and group therapy. In 2021, I launched Radical Changes LLC to fulfill my vision of inspiring meaningful change in others.

I want to use my knowledge and experience to help others transform their ideas and passions into radical change. Individuals often have the drive to live healthy, meaningful lives, but they don't know where to start.

That's where I come in.

We can work together to create radical changes in your life. Whether it’s developing more self-compassion and coping skills or navigating past traumas to clear a brighter path forward, I am confident that you can benefit from my method.
