I understand it can feel like there is no perfect time to enter therapy. Prioritizing our mental health and wellbeing can be challenging. I applaud you for reaching out. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, trauma, sports performance social conflict and adjustment disorders. My previous experience as a collegiate athlete provides personal perspective with the pressures of athletics, and my professional experience as a licensed social worker allows for understanding mental health issues and stressors.
